Returns and Exchange

There is no. exchange policy since all the outfits are made to order for our valuable customers.

However, an exchange of an unused and undamaged outfit will occur if we have sent a defective or incorrect dress. Other than that, all outfits are non-exchangeable.

All orders are final and non-refundable, but an exchange can occur if we have sent a wrong or defective outfit. This must be brought to our attention within a week of receiving it. Any claims afterward will not be entertained.

All sales are considered final. There will be no monetary or non-monetary refunds.
